If you’re in the SF Bay Area, I can’t recommend Eduardo enough! I’ve been going to him since 1999 (maybe a couple years before?) and he is the one person I trust blindly with my hair. I have curls mostly, and weird textures here and there but it doesn’t phase Eduardo one bit – he’s also the first person that introduced me to color (albeit at the time it was on my beat friends head and it was hot pink) – Eduardo is a MASTER
