Prime and Process is a gem of a hair salon, located in Lakewood, Ohio. It is one of the most welcoming experiences I have had in a salon. My stylist, Randi Nash, has been extremely supportive and encouraging as I transition to grey. She’s helping me make the most of those awkward phases and even learn to love my hair during the process!
