Melody did an excellent job with helping me transition to my natural color. She did a strand test first to see how my hair would react to the bleaching process. She bleached highlights to blend the line of demarcation without touching my new growth. She then gave me a cute cut to go with my new look. I love it! I highly recommend Melody for this process.
